Venue Policies
Coming to The Auditorium is a special occasion, and we are committed to making your visit as enjoyable and comfortable as possible!
Parking
Free parking is available in the lot adjacent to The Auditorium on Beverly Street for all guests. If the lot is full, additional parking is available along Winnipeg Avenue and in front of Port Arthur Stadium.
Exit & Re-Entry Policy
We enforce a No Re-Entry Policy for all ticketed events. Guests who leave the building during a ticketed event will not be permitted to re-enter. We recognize this may be an adjustment for some patrons; however, it aligns with standard industry practices and AGCO best practices to ensure guest, staff and artist safety.
Guests arriving after the performance has begun must present a valid, unused ticket for entry.
Camera Policy
Camera policies are subject to change based on artist or promoter requirements and may vary by event.
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- The event producer reserves the right to restrict or prohibit camera use at any time.
- Video recording devices and cameras with recording capabilities are not permitted during most events.
Bag Policy
All bags are subject to security screening upon arrival. Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are not permitted unles they are clear. Please note that security pat-downs and wanding may also be conducted upon entry for specific events.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments.
Entertainment Etiquette
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, any person who disrupts those around them may be asked to relocate or leave the theatre.
Children are welcome; however, very young children may find it difficult to remain seated quietly throughout a performance. We presents a number of family-friendly shows each year, but we ask parents and guardians to use discretion when deciding whether a child is ready to attend a live performance.
Lost and Found
Please contact our Hospitality Manager at (807) 620-0873. Lost items will kept for up to seven days before being donated or disposed of.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the main and mezzanine levels. Balcony patrons may find the mezzanine restrooms most convenient. Accessible restrooms are available on the main floor.

For the health, safety, and comfort of all our patrons, we are a smoke and vape free facility. Smoking is permitted outside the venue in designated smoking areas outside of the main entrance and a minimum of 3 meters from any doorway; however, once a patron has entered the building for ticketed events, re-entry is not permitted. Anyone caught smoking or vaping inside the facility will be immediately ejected.
