For years, The Auditorium has been considered a highly desirable performance space rented by many touring artists, broadway theatre groups, comedians, ballet companies, orchestras, choirs, local community groups, symphony orchestras, and more.

Standard Rental Rates

The use of the Auditorium is based on "rent plus expenses":

Commercial Rental Rates (as of November 1, 2026)

8 AM until Midnight	$6,250
Extra Day Rehearsal*	$3,250

Non Profit Rental Rates (as of November 1, 2026)

Monday to Thursday (All Day)	$5,000
Friday to Sunday (All Day)	$5,500
Extra Day Rehearsal*	$2,750

Technical Stage Hands

Dept Heads	$57/hr
Asst Heads	$52/hr
Stagehands	$47/hr
Front of House (Ushers, Ticket Takers)	$40hr
Security	$40/hr
Box Office	6% of Net Gross ticket Revenue (to maximum of $3,500) per event
Credit Card Charge	2.85% of Visa, Mastercard, and Debit Card
Capital Reserve Fund	$4.00 per ticket sold (add on fee to purchasrs)

Grand Piano Rental	$350
Piano Tuning	$350
Super Trouper Follow Spot	$300/spot
Fog Machine	$300

Music Performance Rights Fees

SOCAN

(as per tariffs in effect - 3% of net receipts)

Other Considerations

Deposit:	50% of Base Rent due opon booking
Concessions:	20% of Gross
HST:	All rent and expenses subject to HST (except Credit Card)
Intermission:	Each performance to include 20 minute Intermission (Subject to penalty of $600)
*Extra Day Rehearsal	Each performance is allowed one same day rehearsal without additional rental charge.

Note: The Auditorium's General Manager may change, alter, amend or cancel any or all of the articles and/or sections of the Rental Rate Structure and/or the Operating Policy Manual as it affects an individual license.
