Exit & Re-Entry Policy
We enforce a No Re-Entry Policy. Guests who leave the building during an event will not be permitted to re-enter. We recognize this may be an adjustment for some patrons; however, it aligns with standard industry practices and AGCO best practices.
Guests arriving after the performance has begun must present a valid, unused ticket for entry.

Camera policies are subject to change based on artist or promoter requirements and may vary by event.
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

Bars Service
Full bar service is available on the main floor and the mezzanine. This includes liquor, wine, beer, coolers, coffee, soft drinks, water, sweet and salted snacks. The bar will close 30 minutes prior to the end of the event.
Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are also available at the vending machines.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash payments.
Entertainment Etiquette
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests, any person who disrupts those around them may be asked to relocate or leave the theatre.
Children are welcome; however, very young children may find it difficult to remain seated quietly throughout a performance. We presents a number of family-friendly shows each year, but we ask parents and guardians to use discretion when deciding whether a child is ready to attend a live performance.
