Buying Tickets on Ticketmaster

Your Thunder Bay Community Auditorium Box Office is now enhanced with the power of Ticketmaster!
Our ticket delivery has gone mobile and can be easily stored on your mobile device.
Once the ticket is purchased, you will be able to download your ticket into your mobile device’s wallet (e.g. Apple Wallet, Google Pay) and can be easily accessed when arriving at the entrance to the building.
NOT COMFORTABLE PURCHASING ONLINE?
No problem. Our Box Office is open for in-person service on Wednesdays from 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm. It is also open for in-person service and ticket purchases three hours prior to any ticketed performance until showtime. The Box Office can also print tickets that you purchase online during in-person service hours.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PHONE, YOU CAN STILL ORDER YOUR TICKETS FROM A COMPUTER. When you place your order, you will be emailed a receipt and a link to the tickets. You can then either transfer the tickets to a friend with a phone who may be coming to the show with you, or you can bring your receipt down to the Box Office, along with photo ID, on Wednesdays (12:30 pm - 5:30 PM) or starting three hours prior to any ticketed show, to get a hard ticket printed for your admittance.
