Event Schedule
- Gates open at 3:30 PM on Friday, August 21
- Gates open at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 22
- The event will conclude at approximately 11:00 PM each night.
Please note that the full performance schedule will be announced closer to the event date.
Tickets
- Single-day tickets are not available. All tickets provide access to the full two-day event.
- Children under the age of 2 are admitted free. All other attendees must present a valid ticket for entry.
- No refunds or exchanges.
- Tickets cannot be purchased directly at the event gates. Guests may purchase tickets online through ticketmaster.ca or in person at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium Box Office located across the street from the Port Arthur Stadium.
- Box Office hours will be from 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM during the day of event.
Event Policies
- This is a rain or shine event.
- Guests may leave and re-enter the event grounds. Wristbands will be provided for each event day and must be worn for re-entry.
- Bags will be checked upon entry. For your convenience, we recommend bringing only small bags, as secure bag storage will not be available on site.
Seating & Venue Information
- Seating is not provided on the field. Lawn chairs are permitted and encouraged; however, they are not allowed in the designated standing area directly in front of the stage.
- Covered and shaded seating is available in the stadium stands on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The stage will be located in left-centre field. Portions of the infield will be restricted from public access.
Accessibility & Pets
- No pets are allowed inside the stadium EXCEPT for certified service animals.
- Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact us in advance.
Payment Methods
- Cash, credit, and debit are accepted for merch and food/beverages on site.
Lost & Found
- Lost and found services will be available at Port Arthur Stadium.
Camera Policy
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- The event producer reserves the right to restrict or prohibit camera use at any time.
Parking
Free parking will be available at Port Arthur Stadium, Port Arthur Arena, Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, Canada Games Complex, and along Winnipeg Avenue.
Please note that parking availability may be limited due to ongoing construction in the area.
Bike racks are available outside Port Arthur Stadium – bicycles, skateboards, and lawn-style games are not permitted inside the stadium grounds.
Entrances
- Main entrance: Accessible from Winnipeg Avenue at the third-base side, ground level
- VIP entrance: Accessible from Inchiquin Street

VIP ticket holders will receive:
- A VIP wristband
- Commemorative VIP lanyard
- Blues In The Ballpark T-shirt voucher redeemable at the merchandise stand
VIP guests will also enjoy:
- Access to a private VIP deck
- Exclusive private bar service
- Dedicated VIP entrance
MERCHANDISE
Official event merchandise, including Blues In The Ballpark apparel and select artist merchandise, will be available on site throughout the event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
- Concessions, including a special event menu and alcoholic beverages, will be provided by Grand Slam Sports & Entertainment.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Coolers, cans, and glass bottles are prohibited.
- Empty reusable water bottles are permitted and may be filled at on-site water stations.
