BarsThe bars are located on the main floor and on the mezzanine. Bars offer liquor, wine, beer, liqueurs, coffee, soft drinks, spring water and sweet and salted snacks. |

Cameras, Pagers, Recorders, Cell Phones, WatchesThe use of recording devices is strictly prohibited. The taking of photographs is generally discouraged, but it is ultimately determined by each performer on a show-by show basis. Pagers, cell phones, and other beepers should be turned off prior to entering the audience chamber. |

ChildrenWe welcome children, but very young children can be disruptive to a performance. Children should be able to sit quietly, in their own seats, throughout a performance. Children unable to do so, along with the adult accompanying them, may be asked by an usher to leave the auditorium. Please use discretion in choosing to bring a child. Children under the age of 12 months, and who will be carried in the arms of a parent will not require a ticket to performances. This will apply to all performances unless otherwise specified. |

Concert CancellationsIf a concert is cancelled, refunds will be given to all ticket buyers. Ticket buyers are required to return their tickets, either in person, or by mail to receive a complete refund. All service/handling charges will also be refunded. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which tickets were purchased. |

ElevatorAn elevator which allows access to all three lobby areas is located on the east side of the lobbies. Please Note: the elevator is not available in the event of an emergency, so it is important that patrons self-identify their accessibility needs when purchasing tickets. This will greatly assist our Box Office staff in helping to select seats that best meet the needs of each ticket purchaser. |
