Babes in Arms We welcome children, but very young children can be disruptive to a performance. The Auditorium presents a number of shows each year that are appropriate for children. However, for all performances, children should be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout a performance. Children unable to do so, along with the adult that is accompanying them, may be asked by an usher to leave the audience chamber. Please use discretion in choosing to bring a child. Children under the age of 12 months, and who will be carried in the arms of a parent will not require a ticket to performances. This will apply to all performances unless otherwise specified. |

Bars The bars are located on the main floor and on the mezzanine. Bars offer liquor, wine, beer, liqueurs, coffee, soft drinks, spring water and sweet and salted snacks. |

Cameras, Pagers, Recorders, Cell Phones, Watches The use of recording devices is strictly prohibited. The taking of photographs is generally discouraged, but it is ultimately determined by each performer on a show-by show basis. Pagers, cell phones, and other beepers should be turned off prior to entering the audience chamber. |

C.R.F. C.R.F. is capital reserve fund. This is a surcharge of $1.50 per ticket for all tickets purchased over $10.00. It is included in the advertised price of the ticket. The funds are deposited into the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium Foundation to be used for improvements to your Community Auditorium. |

Concert Cancellations If a concert is cancelled, refunds will be given to all ticket buyers. Ticket buyers are required to return their tickets, either in person, or by mail to receive a complete refund. All service/handling charges will also be refunded. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which tickets were purchased. |

Discounts Discounts are not necessarily offered on all shows. However, when a discount is offered, the following applies: - No double discounts.
- Senior discount applies to anyone over 60 years of age.
- Student discount applies to any full time student, with a student card.
- Children, usually applies to anyone 12 and under.
- From time to time other discounts may be offered. Ask the Box Office for more details.

Elevator An elevator which allows access to all three lobby areas is located on the east side of the lobbies. |

Emergency Situations Patrons unable to attend a performance because of urgent situations, (medical, etc), should contact the Box Office for possible ticket substitutions. |

First Aid The first aid room is located by the main lobby. Please ask an usher for assistance. |

Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and always make a perfect gift. A gift card and envelope is yours free with your gift certificate purchase. Gift certificates are like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. |

G.S.T. G.S.T. is included in the advertised price of the ticket. |

Hearing Protection Due to the number and variety of shows presented at the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, the Sound Technicians face a monumental task trying to meet the audio concerns of each performance. Should you have any concerns or comments in regards to the sound or require hearing protection, please see an usher or the Audience Services Manager. |

Late Comers In order to cause as little disturbance as possible to the performers and other audience members, late comers will be seated during a suitable break in the performance. Should you leave the theatre during the performance, you will be re-admitted during a suitable break. |

Lost Tickets Contact the Box Office and a duplicate ticket will be issued at no charge for you to pick up on the day of the performance. Please remember that the Box Office must have a record of the original sale in the computer, so be sure when you order tickets that we are given all the information we request. | |

Persons who are Hearing Impaired The Thunder Bay Community Auditorium is equipped with a Sennheiser Infrared Listening System. Patrons with hearing difficulties are encouraged to use this system. Wireless, lightweight headsets are available at no cost to those who need hearing assistance. The headsets may be picked up at the Audience Services Office. Due to the limited number of headsets, we ask that you please reserve a unit at the box office at time of purchase, if possible. |

Persons who are Mobility Impaired The Thunder Bay Community Auditorium is equipped with ramps, elevators and a seating area which can accommodate wheelchairs. When ordering tickets, be sure to tell the Box Office of any special requirements. In the theatre, assistance is available from any usher. There are accessible washrooms located on the main floor level. |

Quiet Please For your enjoyment and the enjoyment of the people around you, please remember concert etiquette. Talking, loud whispers, coughing, humming and the rustling of candy wrappers may disturb the performers as well as those audience members around you. |

Recording the Performance Please no photos or recording of any kind. Please check cameras and recording devices with the Audience Services Manager. |
|
Refunds Refunds are only given in the event of the show's complete cancellation, or at the discretion of the management. |
|
Restrooms Located on the main and mezzanine levels. Balcony patrons will find mezzanine restrooms most convenient. |
|
Scent Many people are allergic to perfumes, cologne, after-shave, etc. Please use discretion when wearing scent. |
|
Service Charges On all ticket purchases/exchanges, service charges will be applied. |
|
Smoking For the health, safety and comfort of all of our patrons, the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is permitted outside the front doors under the canopy. |
|
Snacks Chocolates and salted snacks are available at the bars and all of the above plus ice cream is available from our concession stands. |
|
Watches and Other Beeping Devices Please remember before the performance begins to turn off the beep on your watch and the ring on your beeper and cell phone. |
|
Weather Patrons unable to attend a performance due to weather conditions, should contact the Box Office regarding possible ticket substitutions. |

Wheelchairs If you are attending a performance in a wheelchair, please inform the Box Office when purchasing tickets and one of the Auditorium's wheelchair locations will be made available. Wheelchair locations are available on both sides of the Orchestra level (HL 1,2,3,4) and at the back or the Orchestra level in row HA. See seating chart: Main Floor. |
