Ticket Sales

The Box Office is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

At the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, we offer several ways for you to purchase tickets to our performances. You can order tickets online, call our box office, visit us in person, mail in your ticket request, or fax us.

By Internet

As a service to our patrons, you can purchase tickets online for most shows and performances.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We can only provide support to the original ticket purchaser on tickets that are purchased through the Auditorium's own website at www.tbca.com. Issues with third-party tickets, or tickets purchased through other online ticket resellers can not be resolved by the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium.
  
  

• If your print at home ticket doesn't print, please contact the Box Office immediately so that they can better assist you. Waiting until showtime to advise the Box Office about your issue, could result in you missing part of the show while the Box Office staff work to address your issue.
  
  

• Make sure that you print your Print-At-Home ticket and bring it with you. There is a fee for reprinting tickets at the Box Office.
   
• Please bring proper Identification with you to the show. If there is a problem with scanning your ticket, you may need to show I.D. to have your ticket reprinted.
  
  
• Students who purchase student tickets must bring their valid student card with them when coming to the show.
  
  
• Ensure that your printer is set to print full 8.5 X 11 inch letter sized paper. We can not accept multiple tickets printed on a single page, or double-sided tickets.

By Phone

Phone orders require payment with Visa or Mastercard . Tickets are not held
without payment. There is a service charge per ticket. All phone sales are final, and no refunds are given. Phone orders will be held at the Box Office. When picking up tickets that have been order by phone, you must present one piece of photo I.D., along with the credit card that the tickets were purchased with. In Person

The Auditorium is located at 1 Paul Shaffer Drive , in Thunder Bay (centre of
the city). There is free parking available in the ring driveway near the Box
Office for ticket purchases. In addition to cash and cheques, we accept Visa ,
Mastercard , debit card , and TBCA gift certificates .

Please include your full name, address, telephone number, show request, number of seats required, and price per ticket. Method of payment can be cheque , money order , Auditorium Gift Certificate , or charge card . There is a handling charge per ticket per order.
