Ticket Sales

The Box Office is open Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

At the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium, we offer several ways for you to purchase tickets to our performances. You can request tickets online, call our box office, visit us in person, mail in your ticket request, or fax us.

By Internet

As a service to our patrons, you can place an online request to
order tickets to your favourite event over the web. Please note that this service does not require any online payment or credit card information, and you are under no obligation. There is no guarantee as to specific seating, and nothing is finalized until one of our Box Office Representatives call you back to confirm your order and your credit card is processed.

By Phone

Phone orders require payment with Visa or Mastercard . Tickets are not held
without payment. There is a service charge per ticket. All phone sales are final, and no refunds are given. Phone orders will be held at the Box Office. The Box Office phone number is 1-807-684-4444 or call our toll free line at 1-800-463-8817 .

In Person

The Auditorium is located at 1 Paul Shaffer Drive , in Thunder Bay (centre of
the city). There is free parking available in the ring driveway near the Box
Office for ticket purchases. In addition to cash and cheques, we accept Visa ,
Mastercard , debit card , and TBCA gift certificates .

Please include your full name, address, telephone number, show request, number of seats required, and price per ticket. Method of payment can be cheque , money order , Auditorium Gift Certificate , or charge card . There is a handling charge per ticket per order.

The box office fax number is (807) 345-4507 . Please include your full name,
address, telephone number, show request, number of seats required, and
price per ticket. Method of payment must be with a charge card.

Note: Some exceptions apply - Due to high demand on some "first day of sale", fax orders not always processed until the next day.
