“North-Western Ontario’s Celebrated Centre of the Performing Arts”
The Thunder Bay Community Auditorium Inc. is seeking a qualified organization/individual to become a “naming sponsor” of the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium (the Facility). In exchange for this sponsorship, the Auditorium will grant certain exclusive sponsorship rights in relation to the Facility. The sponsorship rights will include the exclusive Facility naming, along with advertising, promotional, and related rights and entitlements.
The Thunder Bay Community Auditorium is acknowledged as one of Canada’s top performing arts facilities. It plays host to a wide range of local, national, and international performances. Recent statistics indicate that on average the Auditorium hosts approximately 150 on a yearly basis.

The Thunder Bay Community Auditorium is also the home of the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra which presents a number of internationally renowned artists through its’ annual Pops and Masterworks Series.
The overall objective of the Auditorium with relation to the “Naming Sponsor” are as follows:
• To increase the Naming Sponsors local, regional, national and international profile by naming the Facility
• To have the Sponsors name associated with the high quality family entertainment facility
• To increase overall awareness of the Naming Sponsor through the exterior Facility identification signage and by advertising on and in the Facility
• To afford exclusive advertising opportunities and to promote the Sponsors products at the facility
• To increase public awareness of the Sponsor's role in supporting and improving the areas quality of life
The Thunder Bay Community Auditorium may enter into negotiations with the firm(s) who submits information, which in the Thunder Bay Community Auditorium’s sole opinion, provides the greatest value as a sponsor. Value is defined as financial consideration, community contributions or any other unique value added initiatives.
